Progress From Presence

You can be in every meeting, answer every email, make decisions all day long, and still feel like you’re missing something.

Sometimes all you need is time to think.

Leadership comes with a steady stream of questions, expectations, and competing priorities. It’s easy to become so focused on keeping things moving that you stop noticing what needs your attention. A conversation becomes just another task on the calendar. A familiar problem gets a familiar answer. A decision is made before everyone in the room has had time to finish speaking.

I help leaders create space to approach these moments differently.

How you show up shapes what happens next.

Presence means paying attention to the people, information, and circumstances in front of you. Leadership with presence takes practice. It means actively listening when others are speaking, not preparing your response. Learn to question your assumptions and recognize when your usual approach needs to change.

Experience and Creating Time

Throughout my career, as both an entrepreneur and an employee, I’ve experienced a wide range of leadership styles. Experience gives us a valuable perspective, but we also have to stay curious enough to see what we may overlook and what we still have to learn.

That’s the foundation of my book, Creating Time: The Key to Productivity and Peace, and the work I do with leaders. When you create time to pause, observe, and think, you give yourself room to make informed decisions and communicate with greater confidence.

Progress follows presence.

Leadership Presence Workshops

My workshops bring these concepts into the conversations and decisions leaders face every day. Through reflection, discussion, and practical exercises, participants explore how they currently lead and begin to see how they can change their outlook and presence to benefit their teams.

Be Here Now: Creating Space for Focused Leadership

Being available and being attentive are two different skills. This workshop helps leaders recognize distractions, interrupt autopilot habits, and create space to focus. Participants practice bringing their attention back to the moment so they can engage more fully and make thoughtful decisions.

What You’re Missing: Listening and Observing as a Leader

There is more to a conversation than the words being spoken. This session helps leaders notice tone, pauses, behavior, and their own assumptions. Participants practice asking questions that invite clarity, listening without immediately preparing a response, and confirming understanding before moving forward.

Room for Something New: Unlearning How You Lead

An approach that served you well earlier in your career may need another look. This workshop invites leaders to examine familiar habits, challenge the beliefs behind them, and explore new ways to lead. Participants identify what to keep, what to release, and what to practice next.

Creating Time: Turning AI Efficiency into Sales Impact

When AI gives your sales team time back, what happens to that time? This workshop helps sales professionals recognize unproductive busy habits, prioritize meaningful customer conversations, and use focused attention to strengthen relationships and support sales growth.

Each workshop stands on its own and can be tailored to your organization’s priorities.
